Oklo shares rose 6% premarket after Siemens Energy agreed to design the power conversion system, including an SST-600 steam turbine and generator, for the companies Aurora advanced fission reactor at Idaho National Laboratory. The system is a major long-lead item required before operations can begin. Oklo said using proven commercial technologies helps reduce costs and speed deployment.
