South Africa's ambassador to France, Nkosinathi Emmanuel Mthethwa, was found dead at the foot of a hotel tower in Paris around 24 hours after his wife reported him missing. Mthethwa's wife "indicated having received a worrying message from him earlier." According to French media reports, the ambassador is thought to have plunged from 22nd storey of the hotel.
