Nagpur bench of Bombay HC upheld the conviction of a man for raping his mother-in-law. "It's to be noted that the appellant...has committed this shameful act with his mother-in-law...who's the age of his own mother," it said. The convict had challenged a 2022 judgment sentencing him to 14 years in jail for the rape of his 55-year-old mother-in-law in 2018.
