The Board of Directors of Standard Capital Markets, in its meeting, approved the allotment of 4,500 unrated, unlisted, secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis. Each NCD has a face value of ₹1 lakh and was issued at an issue price of ₹1 lakh, resulting in a total issue size of ₹45 crore. The stock hit back-to-back upper circuits.
