Delhi Police officials noticed a foul smell emanating from the site next to CRPF Public School in Rohini where a blast took place. School's window panes and glasses were shattered and its wall, glasses of a nearby shop and a car parked near the shop suffered damage. A white powder-like substance was also found at the site, India Today reported.
