Consultant dietitian and fitness expert Garima Goyal said creatine primarily improves strength for women in their 40s and an eight-week period is often enough to notice meaningful changes. According to her, over eight weeks, many women report feeling stronger, less fatigued and more stable in their joints and posture. "Some may notice better mental energy through the day," she added.
