GEM is a CSR programme wherein a four-week residential workshop for girl-children in age group of 10-12 years is organised. It aims to uplift girl children through various interventions to make them self-reliant and confident. This programme aligns with the Government of India’s “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ initiative and is designed to tackle gender inequality.
