After the i20 car blast near Red Fort claimed at least 12 lives, the suspected suicide bomber was identified as Dr Umar who's linked to a terror module involving doctors caught with 2,900 kg explosives. The probe in the blast has been handed over to NIA amid reports of Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed link. High alert has been sounded across the country.
