Bihar CM Nitish Kumar asked the crowd at a rally in Purnea to stand up and greet PM Narendra Modi. "Please stand up and greet him. Why are you all sitting?" he told the attendees of the rally. "The state government has been doing it [development] anyway, and with his support, Bihar will surge ahead," Nitish Kumar said.
