Speaking at NDTV World Summit 2024, Zepto CEO Aadit Palicha said that the team works 80 to 100 hours a week. "We could have probably worked half of that with a lot less stress and still be doing fairly well," the 22-year-old added. Palicha said the team is genuinely excited about what they are building and isn't motivated by money.
